Her career has included learning and development consultancy roles as well as leadership roles. Having managed an internal coaching practice, she is experienced in helping organisations to create a coaching culture and how to enhance coaching capability within organisations.
She has experience of working in both Private and Public sectors including 10 years with the largest single site University in the UK, HE, NHS and local government and previously at Senior Management level within a large FTSE 100 company for 11 years.

Sandra draws from extensive personal experience of Senior Operations and HR Management within both the private and public sectors and over 35 years as a L&D professional specialising in Leadership and Management Development delivering high-impact, results-oriented coaching to both individuals and teams.
She works with executives, academics leads, managers, and creative professionals. Sandra specialises in leadership, positive psychology, emotional intelligence and team dynamics. She is a psychologically trained coach, who is also soundly grounded in the GROW model. Sandra uses methodologies drawn from Cognitive Behavioural and Psychodymanic theory, NLP, solution focused using of a variety of psychometric tools including: MBTI, Emotional Intelligence and 360 Feedback.
