Sarah Teagle
Sarah’s has had a successful career with over 25 years’ experience of organisational learning and development across a variety of sectors including both private, public and charity. She focussed on strategic learning and development partnering roles culminating in lead global roles at AstraZeneca supporting various leadership teams. Latterly she joined The University of Manchester’s people development leadership team where she supported the SMT in the Faculty of Science and Engineering as well as driving cross-university projects for staff.
Example projects she led were all aimed at driving strategy for example, supporting and managing organisational change, building business acumen, increasing strategic thinking, driving the student experience, and building leadership and management skills.
Sarah is a highly qualified in all aspects of her work with Associate Membership and a master’s level certificate from the CIPD (Advanced Diploma in Managing Organisational, Learning and Development). She is also an experienced coach with EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner Level. Her extensive learning and development expertise means she can offer strong skills in needs analysis, design, development, and delivery of development initiatives.
Since starting her business in 2021 she has worked a wide variety of customers as a consultant, coach, and facilitator.
